The Kazakh National Women’s teacher training University and the Center for social development of the Department of internal policy of Almaty held a meaningful meeting on the topic “law and order: requirements of society” as part of the promotion of the ideology of “Law and order”.

The purpose of the event was to discuss the formation of a legal culture among young people, the promotion of the principles of compliance with the requirements of the law, the strengthening of Public Order and the Prevention of offenses.

The meeting was attended by the chairman of the board – Rector Beibitkul Karimova, the Department of internal policy of Almaty, the head of the Center for Social Development Lyazzat Akilzhanova, the prosecutor of the Department of the prosecutor’s Office of Almaly district Yernazar Saimasai, the operative-Commissioner of the Office for countering cybercrime, the Senior Lieutenant of the police Batyrkhan Rasylkhan and teachers and students of the University.

During the meeting, the chairman of the management board – Rector Beibitkul Karimova made a preface and noted that the formation of a legal culture is the basis for the sustainable development of society.

“Compliance with the requirements of the law, prevention of offenses, the formation of immunity to cybercrime is a common task for all of us. The teacher is not just a teacher, but a person who instills a culture of respect for the law and discipline. I am sure that today’s meeting will be informative and productive,” Beibitkul Sarsemkhanovna said.

During the meeting, issues of the importance of law and order in modern society, civil liability, prevention of cybercrime, internet security, as well as administrative and criminal liability were discussed.

In her speech, Lyazzat Akilzhanova, head of the Center for social development of the Department of internal policy of Almaty, noted that systematic work is being carried out to promote the ideology of “Law and order”.

Within the framework of the ideology of” law and order”, information and explanatory work is carried out for students in order to prevent offenses among young people. Since the beginning of the year, more than 15 events have been held. These measures are aimed at strengthening digital security, explaining the importance of law and order in society,” he said.

At the end of the event, students asked their questions and received specific and meaningful answers from industry experts. The event, held in the format of an open dialogue, allowed the participants to receive comprehensive information on legal issues.
