A motivational training session titled “Personal Development and Inner Harmony” was held in Dormitory No. 6 of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University. The event was conducted by psychologists from the Center for Mental Health Development, Akbota Nurlankyzy and Nazerke Yesenamankyzy.
The main goal of the training was to help students develop self-awareness skills, build inner harmony and emotional resilience, and strengthen a culture of personal growth and positive thinking.
During the session, participants identified their life values and priorities, shared their thoughts on goals that contribute to personal development, and took part in interactive exercises and self-awareness games, which allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of their inner selves.
In addition, the specialists provided practical recommendations on maintaining emotional stability, overcoming internal challenges, and developing a positive outlook on life.
This event was implemented within the framework of one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being).
