Motivational Training “Leadership Character: Awakening the Inner Leader” Held

The Department of Personal Development and the Center for Women’s Leadership and Entrepreneurship organized a motivational training titled “Leadership Character: Awakening the Inner Leader,” aimed at developing students’ soft skills and supporting their personal growth.

The speaker was Aidarkhan Zhanaiym, a psychologist and family counselor.

The purpose of the event was to provide psychological support to students by helping them understand the connection between emotions and character, build inner balance, develop self-management skills, and strengthen personal resilience.

During the training, participants took part in various exercises, communication skills games, and practical activities designed to awaken leadership qualities.

The motivational session contributed to enhancing students’ emotional resilience, fostering self-awareness, and promoting the effective application of leadership skills in the future. In addition, participants from different institutes exchanged experiences, expanded their knowledge, and received psychological support.

It should be noted that this event was organized in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 4 – Quality Education, Goal 5 – Gender Equality, and Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth.
